All sales are final. Every Vintage Vanity Vault piece is handmade and one of a kind so we don't offer returns or exchanges. 

All of our materials are also sourced from all over and we use vintage pieces, so slight signs of age and wear may show... which is all part of the charm. We also keep prices as affordable for you as we can, so we use a lot of "fashion jewelry" in lots of pieces. Because of these things, we cannot guarantee exact materials, and pieces may tarnish over time. We have care instructions at the top of our website in the "Discover" drop down, as well as a care card included in each order to keep your pieces in their best condition.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that Vintage Vanity Vault pieces are made with vintage and upcycled materials with unknown metal contents, and that some pieces may naturally tarnish over time, and this does not qualify as a defect or reason for return.

That said, if something arrives damages or if there's an issue with your order, please email me within 5 days of your delivery and I'll make it right. Just send photos, your order number, and a brief message of the problem and I'll help as quickly as possible. Please be patient with response times as this is a small business and very much a one woman show. Thanks for supporting small!
