Refund policy

All sales are Final. Every piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, so i don't offer returns or exchanges, and am not able to send a replacement if the package is lost.

That said, if something arrives damaged or there's an issue with your order, reach out to us using our contact page within 5 days of delivery and I'll make it right as best I can.
